Message from our 2026-2027 President, Pam Roberts Albers

From the President:

I am back and I am grateful to serve again as President of the Kenton County

Republican Women’s Club. It is hard for me to believe that I first served this club as President 10 years ago.  I am not sure I was prepared to lead our group at that time, but I do know it prepared me for what was to come.

Any good leader knows that they don’t know it all and actively seeks to learn and gain wisdom from people who have been there, done that and come out the other side.  Effective leadership is about empowering team members to excel while uniting them toward common goals.

It is my desire that as we work together these next two years, we inspire trust and admiration through our actions and words.  I hope we foster environments where creativity and efficiency flourish.  If we can do this together, we can empower team members to excel and unite them toward our common goals.

To achieve our mission, focus on “Retain, Recruit, and Regroup”.  I see these words as the three R’s of being a Republican Woman.  Let’s build on the foundation laid by our past leaders, ask more to join our organization and help others find their purpose in our mission.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve as your President.  I look forward to working with each one of you.
